Compatibility with Harman Kardon Citation Soundbar

Q: Can I use Platin Monaco 2.0 or Milan 2.0 WiSA Satellite Speakers with my Harman Kardon Citation Soundbar?

A: Unfortunately, no. Platin Monaco and Milan speakers are not compatible with the Harman Kardon Citation Soundbar.

Why aren't they compatible? Even though both products use WiSA technology, Harman has intentionally restricted their soundbars from communicating with outside WiSA-certified brands.

What should I do? We recommend contacting Harman Kardon customer support directly. You can ask if they plan to release a software update to allow third-party WiSA compatibility, or ask them to recommend speakers that are guaranteed to work with your specific soundbar.
