Mixing Monaco and Milan Speakers
Q: Can I mix Monaco and Milan speakers in the same WiSA system?
A: While it is technically possible, we generally do not recommend mixing Monaco and Milan speakers in the same setup. The internal volume tables (gain structures) for these two models are calibrated differently. If you connect them to the same system, you will experience significant volume imbalances, with one model playing noticeably louder or softer than the other.
Q: What if I absolutely need to mix them for my specific room layout?
A: If your specific use case requires mixing the two models, you can do so. However, please be fully aware of the volume output differences. You will need to manually adjust the individual speaker volumes within the app to try and balance the sound, though a perfect match may be difficult to achieve.
Q: Can I use a Monaco Center speaker together with Milan satellite speakers?
A: We strongly advise against this specific combination. Pairing a Monaco Center speaker with Milan satellites is highly unstable and will likely result in severe audio issues, such as frequent audio stuttering (dropouts) or completely failing to produce sound. For a reliable and seamless home cinema experience, please ensure your center channel and satellite speakers belong to the same model lineup.
