How to Connect the Surround Hub to WiFi?
Google has unfortunately decided not to allow network setup for Cast devices via Google Home any longer.
If you are an Apple user, we recommend setup via AirPlay WiFi setup. It may require a factory reset and power cycle of your device, as it is only active for 30min after power is connected.
Additionally, you can also set up network via the Platin Harmony APP. When connecting via APP, please select the device with the 'setting icon' in the device list, enter the network configuration page, and then refer to the video here:
If you wish to manage this hub via Google Home, please enable the Google Cast function first via APP.
