To ensure your new Monaco 5.1.2 system connects correctly, please follow these exact sequential steps. Crucial rule: The receiving (RX) speakers must always be put into pairing mode before you power up or pair the SoundSend transmitter (TX); otherwise, the pairing process will fail.
- Power the Speakers: Plug all of the receiving (RX) speakers into a power outlet using their AC power cables.
- Activate Pairing Mode: Press the "Associate" button on the back panel of every RX speaker until you hear a beep sound from each speaker.
- Connect the Transmitter (Time-Sensitive): Plug the SoundSend transmitter into your TV's HDMI eARC port and connect its power adapter. Straight out of the box, the LED will blink white and automatically search for all plugged-in speakers that are already in Associate mode. Try to complete this step within a minute of finishing Step 2.
- Scan and Finalize: Make sure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone or tablet (using Android 8 or newer, or any recent iOS revision). Open the SoundSend app and click "Scan for speakers".

- If you need to re-scan for speakers or add new ones later, you can also use the physical button on the SoundSend: press and hold the button for 5 seconds until it begins flashing white, then release.
- A flashing white light indicates SoundSend is searching.
- Once all speakers are successfully found, the LED will stay solid white for 2 minutes and then turn off automatically to minimize visual distraction.
- A single green flash on the speaker indicates a successful connection.
