Remote Control for Stereo Hub HT Cannot Work Properly

First, it is recommended to check the battery status. Please follow the instructions below to try troubleshooting.

1. Charge it for a few hours. Is the LED solid red throughout?
   Yes: good
   No: bad (blinking red means issues)
2. While remote is charging: when the OK button is held in for 3-5 seconds, do the volume LEDs then indicate the battery power status?
   Yes: then battery works
   No: Battery most likely does not work
3. While remote is not charging: when the OK button is held in for 3-5 seconds, do the volume LEDs then indicate the battery power status?
   Yes: then battery works
   No: Battery most likely does not work
4. Can the remote connect with the hub? Connect by:
   - holding pair button on the back of the hub in for 3-5 sec
   - Click connect remote under app settings
   Can connect: good
   Cannot: bad

Additionally, it is recommended to try a software reset of the remote (hold the left and down arrows together).
Once it is confirmed that the remote control is defective, it needs to be replaced.
