With Qobuz Connect natively integrated into your Platin hub, you can now experience that high-resolution library effortlessly. You can stream music directly from the Qobuz app to your audio system in bit-perfect quality.
There are no complicated workarounds. Playback starts instantly, setup is simple, and your phone or tablet acts as the ultimate remote control. How to Get the Update Today
To ensure you have access to Qobuz Connect, please check your Platin Harmony APP. The new software requirements for your hub are:
- Stereo Hub HT

Streaming version: _3694
If your Stereo Hub HT, Surround Hub, or Surround Hub X has not yet updated, you have two simple options:
- Wait for the Automatic Update: The hub will automatically download and install the update when it is not in active use, typically within 4 hours.
- Check for Update Manually: To manually check for an update, restart the hub by disconnecting it from power for about 15 seconds and then reconnecting it. Once back online, the hub will check for available updates. If a new version is found, it will begin downloading automatically.
The installation takes a few minutes. The LED on the front panel of the hub will light up under OTA. Please do not power off the hub during this time to avoid interruption.
